BitNix is primarily a non-logging company, unless explicitly stated otherwise. We believe in respecting your privacy and minimizing data collection wherever possible. However, certain exceptions apply:

• MSP Services: Logging and monitoring are essential components of Managed Service Provider (MSP) operations, particularly for security purposes. Therefore, logging is permitted within our MSP/MSSP (Managed Security Service Provider) services.
• Security Tools: Security toolsets and solutions employed by BitNix may involve logging and monitoring to ensure the safety and integrity of our systems and networks. This includes but is not limited to intrusion detection systems (IDS), firewalls, and endpoint security solutions.

It's important to note that while we strive to maintain a non-logging stance in public cloud services that are free and require no direct interaction with BitNix employees, complete data avoidance may not always be feasible due to the nature of third-party tools and configurations. However, we assure you that any data collected or received is handled with the utmost care and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
