Resource Usage

Cybersecurity Threats

BitNix Cloud takes cybersecurity threats seriously and employs robust security measures to protect customer data and infrastructure. However, customers are also responsible for implementing their own security measures to safeguard their data and applications hosted on BitNix Cloud servers.

Service Availability

BitNix Cloud strives to maintain high availability of its services but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, hardware failures, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Account Security

Customers are responsible for maintaining the security of their BitNix Cloud accounts, including safeguarding login credentials and promptly reporting any suspected unauthorized access. BitNix Cloud is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from unauthorized access to customer accounts.

BitNix Cloud respects customer privacy and handles customer data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Customer data will not be shared with third parties except as necessary to provide the requested services or comply with legal obligations.

Termination of Services

BitNix Cloud reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for any customer found to be in violation of the Acceptable Use Policy or Terms of Use. In such cases, no refunds will be issued for prepaid services.
